We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Spool and Spindle! If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. If we have made an error in your order, we will re-print and send as soon as possible to correct our mistake!

There are no returns, exchanges, or refunds on pattern prints, except in the case of pre-existing damage, or mistake on our part.

There are no returns on digital patterns.
