Relaxed around the shoulders, chest, waist and hips, the Crew Pullover and Hoodie has set in sleeves, and is designed for knit fabrics. Comes in hip/longline banded / curved / elastic/drawstring bottom lengths. The neckline can be finished with a band, close fitting cowl or a simple hood. Optional kangaroo pocket. Sleeves are finished with cuffs or hemmed.

The pattern offers the following options:

View A - a classic crew neckline pullover with cuffs and a bottom band
View B - a close cowl neckline pullover with cuffs and bottom hem casing with elastic
View C - a hooded pullover with hemmed sleeves and curved hem finished with a simple facing

The pdf pattern is a beginners one (3/10), easy to follow detailed tutorial. Takes 1-3 hours to finish (time may vary depending on your skills, equipment and supplies).

Each size comes as an individual pattern. All sizes are included in the pattern.

Medium to heavy weight knit fabric with 30-50% horizontal and 10-20% vertical stretch and medium to good recovery. Width 50-60" / 140-160 cm.

Main fabric

Main bodice with sleeves and pockets (see cutting layout)

US34 - US50 - 1.75 m / 1 7/8 yards
US52 - US64 1.85 m / 2 yards

HOOD (MAIN FABRIC + LINING) add 0.6 m / 3/4 yards
COWL (MAIN FABRIC + LINING) add 0.4 / 1/2 yards
BOTTOM HEM FACING add 10 cm / 4 inches
BOTTOM HEM CASING add 0.24 m / 1/4 yards

Lining/Ribbing/Main Fabric (cuffs, bands, crew neckline band)

Medium weight knit fabric with at least 30-50% stretch and good recovery.

Other notions

1. (optional, but recommended) 25-30 cm / 10-12 in long clear elastic or lightweight 1/4 in width cotton tape for stabilizing shoulder seams.

2. (bottom casing option with elastic) 20-32 mm wide / 3/4-1 1/4 in wide soft elastic equal to the hips measurements plus 5 cm / 2 in.

3. (bottom casing option with round elastic and an adjuster) round elastic elastic equal to the hips measurements plus 20 cm / 4 in and an adjuster.

4. Polyester / Cotton threads

5. (optional) Matching overlocker threads, preferably wooly nylon stretch overlocking thread
