Relaxed at the shoulders, bust, waist and hips, the Alva dolman style top is designed for woven fabrics. Come with different finish options for sleeves: a rolled hem, a cuffed hem and a ruffle hem. Neckline is finished with turned under binding or with a peter pan collar. It comes in above or below hip length with a curved rolled hem or with a straight deep hem. It does not have waistline shaping. The bust is shaped with two side seam darts. Comes in A-B, C-D and E-F cups. Due to the nature of relaxed dolman sleeve there is a soft fold, that falls along the armhole.
The neckline does not have closures as the neckline opening is wide enough to comfortably go over the head.
The pattern offers the following options:
View A - a top with a curved hem and cuffed armholes
View B - a top with a curved hem, rolled hem armholes and a peter pan collar
View C - a top with a deep straight hem and armholes finished with ruffles
This pattern is designed for woven fabrics.

The pdf pattern is a beginner (2-3/10) level and moderately easy to sew. Takes 1-2 hours to finish (time may vary depending on your skills, equipment and supplies).

Recommended Fabrics
Light to medium weight woven fabrics (cotton voile, cotton lawn, broadcloth, double gauze, viscose/rayon, linen blends, canvas).
For the total yardage, please sum up the required fabric for your options. The yardage is given for both directional and non directional fabric, 50-60" or 140-160 cm width. See cutting layout for more details.
