The Silje skirt is knee length, or just below the knee, depending on your height. It has a slight A-line shape, patch pockets with flaps, and an exposed zipper at the center front. The back has darts and the skirt is hemmed with a hem facing.

The Silje skirt is an easy to wear and easy-to-style skirt. It can be dressed up or down and you can achieve many different looks depending on your chosen fabric!

Sizes: EU 32 - 50 & 44-62.

Overlocker (optional)
1 separating zipper, 60cm (24) long
Thread
(Optional): Fusible Interfacing for the hem facings and the zipper guard, If your fabric needs stability.

Recommended fabrics

Medium to heavy weight woven fabrics such as chambray denim, cotton drill, gabardine, linen, corduroy, twill, or tweed.

You will receive the following PDF files:

Industry-standard sewing pattern in PDF format that you print at home and tape together. 20 pages for size 32-50 and 23 pages for size 44-62. Layered PDF, so you can choose which size(s) to print.
Print at home version (A4 & Letter) and A0 copyshop versions.
Instructions on how to print and use a PDF pattern.
Clear sewing instructions with illustrations and tips and tricks.
Fabric requirements, lay plans etc.

Printing note: The size range option is only to choose which one you want printed. You will receive all the PDF files for all size ranges.

Local curbside pick up is free, for any size of order. Pickup is available at Flying Squirrel Fine Yarns in Waterloo, and bundles are sent to Riverside Fabrics for pickup in Toronto every 2 weeks.
